Bingo Bears

What you need:

  • pencil

  • scissors

  • construction paper

  • marker

  • glue

  • cotton balls or pompoms

How to make it:

  1. To make the bingo boards, draw and cut out bear shapes from construction paper. Make one board for each player. Use a marker to add facial features, and write six numbers between one and ten on each bear.
  2. Draw and cut out ten bear-head shapes from paper to make the number cards. Number them from one to ten.
  3. Glue cotton balls or pompoms to paper circles to make the playing pieces. Add paper eyes, ears, and noses. Make at least five pieces per player.
  4. To Play: Each player takes a board. Place the playing pieces where all players can reach them. Drop the number cards into a bag. Players take turns drawing a number card from the bag and reading the number on the card to the group. If the number is on a player’s card, he or she covers it with a playing piece. The first player to cover all the numbers on his or her card is the winner.
