What you need:

  • scissors

  • thin cardboard

  • glue

  • corrugated cardboard

  • paint

  • heavy paper

  • yarn

  • hole punch

How to make it:

  1. Cut two matching rabbit shapes from thin cardboard. Glue one in the middle of a large piece of corrugated cardboard. Then glue the second shape directly on top of the first. Let the glue dry.
  2. Without getting paint on the large piece of cardboard, paint the shape. While the paint is still wet, place a sheet of heavy paper on top of it. Press firmly with your hand. Then lift the paper off the cardboard. Let the paint on the paper dry completely.
  3. Tear the paper into an oval around the print.
  4. Glue on paper or yarn features, if desired.
  5. Punch a hole in the top, and attach yarn as a hanger.
