What you need:

  • pencil

  • paper

  • scissors

  • magazines and catalogs

  • glue

  • construction paper

  • pen

How to make it:

  1. Select a shape for your collage. Draw it on paper, and cut it out to make a pattern.
  2. Select a color for your collage. Look through magazines and catalogs that an adult has given you permission to cut, and cut out pictures in that color.
  3. Arrange and glue the pictures on a piece of construction paper that is larger than the pattern. Let the glue dry.
  4. Place the pattern on top of the pictures. Trace around it with a pen and cut it out. Hang up your collage as a decoration.
