Shoebox Piñata

By Brittany Johnson

  1. Use colored paper to decorate an upside-down shoebox without a lid.
  2. Tie a 10-inch-long piece of string into a large loop. Use strong tape to attach it to the top of the piñata (the bottom of the shoebox).
  3. Fill the shoebox with candy, stickers, or small toys.
  4. Tape two sheets of tissue paper over the opening in the box, and tape ribbon to the paper.
  5. Hang the piñata with the pieces of ribbon dangling. Pull the ribbon to make the treats fall out.
