Windmill Bank

  1. Cover a round cardboard container with felt. Decorate it.
  2. From cardboard, cut two windmill-paddle shapes, like the one shown. Cover them with felt. Punch holes through the center of each paddle.
  3. Glue the two cardboard pieces together, as shown.
  4. Attach the paddles to the container with a paper fastener. Glue a felt circle onto it.
  5. Cut a slot in the middle of the lid. Place it on the container.
