These Terms and Conditions will be governed, interpreted, and construed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.  Any dispute regarding this Site, regarding goods sold or provided on this Site, or regarding any of the information or recommendations on this Site shall be prosecuted exclusively in Federal or Ohio courts located in Franklin County, Ohio and their respective appellate courts. If you use this Site from other locations or countries, you are responsible for any and all applicable local laws and regulations.

By entering this Site, you agree that any communications or material you transmit to HFC will not be treated as confidential information.   You understand that HFC may use and post any ideas, suggestions or comments provided by you without payment and that these may be used or posted with or without attribution at HFC’s discretion.
4. Any prices on this Site are subject to change at any time with or without notice to you. Any order for goods under this Site will be deemed a completed contract only when accepted by HFC in Columbus, Ohio.
5. All prices referenced on this Site are listed in U.S. dollars. All orders will have shipping charges and sales taxes added, where applicable.

12. The Highlights School Program explained on the Site is designed for and is available only to classroom teachers. Publications offered must be appropriate for the ages of your classroom students. Retain all signed take-home slips until all your free gifts are received. Classroom teachers may only participate in two programs—one publication per program—every thirty days. Submissions may not exceed sixty total responses per program. HFC reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not appear to meet HFC's criteria or that appear to HFC to be an abuse of the program.
13. HFC has an Online Privacy Policy that provides additional information. HFC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and other policies at any time for any reason, without notice or obligation. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by any revisions. We suggest that you periodically review this portion of the Site.
